TRANSPORTATION
I am not currentyly working in transportation. I put transportation down as my
industry because of the condition of transportation at this time. For eight years I
worked from Saturdays to Wednessdays at Ithaca College. Finding help on the weekends
was difficult due to the lack of transportation. The TCAT only runs certain scheduals. This presents difficulties for people living outside of Ithaca. I worked
a swing shift and there was no way I could travel to work with mass transit. I used
to go out of my way to take people home:Trumansburg,Enfield,you name it.My Grandfather Brotherton used to drive a bus for the Corona Typewriters. My Mon used to
go and meet him.The AARP has addressed the issue of establishing transportation
networks. When I was attending Corning Community College forty years ago gasoline was
twenty five cents a gallon and you could purchase a Rambler American for fifty dollars.Working the same shift helps with car pooling as well as well as increasing
the amount of parking places.

Nineteen Step and Vahidian
Recovery Program
Since the Baha'i Calendar consists of nineteen days to the month and nineteen
months to the year, aa well as nineteen years to the Vahid and nineteen Vahids to the
Kull-i-Shay,it is "SELF EVIDENT" we need a nineteen step recovery system as well as
A Vahidian Recovery System. Kenneth Keyes has a program of a twelve fold pathway and
the seven spiritual centers. There is also the Ennagram ,which is a mandala consisting of nine people. The nineteen step recovery progam is based on the 19;20
vibrating of Baha'u'llah's Magnificent New World Order. It is also based on the Unity of the Manifestations of God. This idea is "Manifest" from the very beginning,
combining Yasna 30 with Surah 88.The Vahidian Recovery Program is similar to Ira
Progoff's Journal except the Vahidin year is included.The Ennagram is significant in
that it could help pave the way for an understanding of the "Spiritual Assembly" as
well as the "Future Houses of Justice". The Black Muslims also had a six step
recovery system. In a way the Black Muslims and the Baha'i Community have one thing
in common to deal with: they are being scrutinized by the "watchful public."
My experience with the twelve step recovery progam is that it hasn't been very
effective in combating alcoholism. I was working a job and one of my co-workers was
in AA. He had had been enrolled in it for eight years and his drinking problem was
worse than when he started. He said he could identify with step one,however,step two
he couldn't relate to.
What did the authors of the Menok-i-Khrat understand that modern man doesn't?
"All the Adversity and Welfare that come to
Man and other creatures come through the
Seven and the Twelve. The Twelve Signs of
the Zodiac are said to be the Twelve Commanders
on the Side of Ohrmazd and the Seven Planets
are said to be the Seven Commanders on the
Side of Ahriman and the Seven Planets Oppress
all creation and deliver it over to Death and
all manner of Evil,for the Twelve Signs of the
Zodiac and the Seven Planets rule the Fate of the
World and direct it.
There is another Pahlavi Book titled the Denkart.In this book the Religion of
Ohrmazd consists of ONE WORD the MEAN. The Religion of Ahriman consists of two words
"Excess and Deficiency":
The Usefulness of every action and everything is
from the Mean, this Usefulness is spoilt and made
of no effect by Excess and Deficiency.
Ridvan literally means "Reunion with God". How many people celebrating the twelve days of Ridvan? How many celebrate Christmas and how much are alcoholic beverages
conummed. There is a parallel between Ridvan and the "twelve step recovery" for the
twelve step recovery will return the alcoholic to God if he or she is faithful to it. The main promblem being:what Baha'u'llah calls the "Ahrimans Lurking in Ambush."
The coversion of satannic strength into heavenly power must be considered also.
Think about the Bab, the Primal Point of a New Creation and his implemtation
of the Badi Calendar.The Badi Calendar is the Pro Type to the Vahidian Recovery and
Ninteen Step Recovery Programs. Ahriman's and illness share one thing in common. They can get between us and God.

Cortaca Baha'i
CORTACA BAHA'I AND ABHA KINGDOM
A new relationship between Cortaca Baha'i and the Abha Kingdom has been firmly established.The Abha Kingdom is a new blog spot. The Cortaca Baha'i rests on the
belief that the Collective Center of the Kingdom establishes relationship between
east and west. A parallel exists in the book of Matthew. You can come from the east
and come from the west and sit down in the Kingdom of God. The Cortaca Baha'i has
developed from the Cortaca Mug. The Cortaca Mug is an answer to the Cortaca Jug. In
the Kitab-i-Aqdas Baha'u'llah enjoins His Followers not to partake of alcoholic
beverages. The arts are given special reverence in the Baha'i Faith. The Coffee Shop
is an alternative to the bar scene, it is also a place for a Baha'i to embrace the
arts,whether there is an open mike night or the exhibition of paintings a Baha'i is
participating in God's Creative Spirit and the "Universal Logos". The Baha'i discovers the hidden meaning in life and contributes to an "ever advancing civilization. The coffee house creates an atmosphere more conducive to Baha'i Ideals.

with the "Final Consummation". There is a "Ladder of Significances synonymous with
Divine Knowledge (ILM).It is in this dimension that Science and Religion become One.
Ilm or Knowledge is one of the months of the Baha'i Calendar.Baha'is are enjoined to
use their minds to solve complex problems. The intellect is a gift from God. We are
not to destroy it. It would be an act of "Wrong Mindedness" and represent a negative
attitude towards God. This spells CORTACA BAHA'I

Ithaca,New York is one of the places where the Twelve Tribes reside. Cortland,
New York is nestled amongst seven beautiful geographical valleys. The Nineteen
Keepers of the Fire are mentioed in Surah 74 of the Koran. The idera of a "Firekeeper" comes to mind with the leaves turning to orange,yellow and gold.
The weather outside is fightful,
but the fire is so delightful,
and since there's no place to go,

In the age where we can turn the thermostst up it is hard to understand how we must
syncronize our bio-rythmic cycle with the burn cycle.The ancient Zoroastrians knew
this formula. The "Third Part of the Night" is found in both Islamic and Mazdean
Traditions. The Metonic Cycle is found in all cultures. Meton an ancient Greek
Astronomer discovered there is an astonishing nineteen year cycle to the moon.Investigate this reality for yourself.The Nineteen Day Fast is approaching during the Baha'i Month of Ala (Loftiness)This year is a time to bear witness to

It is time to post a New Cortaca Baha'i. Another Blogspot has been added to the ones
already existing. The purpose is still the same. Bring the Final Consummation to the
Multi Layered History of this area.We start out with the Longhouse Tradition. Then
we move on to the Cortland Ithaca Area. Deganawidah planted the Tree of the Long Leaves in Onondaga Territory. Cortland,New York was once part of the Onondaga Territory Ithaca the Cayuga. I'm part Cayuga on my mother's side of the family.The
Central Spiritualist Association of New York is the Golden Mean of Unitarian Universalism because the camp is half way beteen Cortland and Ithaca. The church in
Cortland was originally Universalist. Ralph Waldo Emerson visited at one time.The
church in Ithaca was Unitarian. They became Unitarian Universalist when both churches
in the whole United States merged in 1961. Cortland is of a higher elevation called
the "Crown City","The Seven Valley's finest. There are Nine Principles in the Spiritual Churches. This idea corresponds with the term Patman or the Mean employed
in the Bundahisnm,the nine milleniums of the war between light and darkness.The Cortaca Mug is an indictment towards the Cortaca Jug. Since Baha'is are not supposed
to consume alcoholic beverages the coffee house is seen as an alternative to the

Cortaca Baha'i
What was presented in the previous Cortaca Baha'i Blog was a Number of different
Baha'i Topics. Discussions are presented in my other Blog Spots. I have been a Baha'i
for twenty seven years.The last prayer at the end of Prayers and Meditations has been
of significance for many years. The Metonic Cycle has been equated with the Vahidian
Cycle in the Baha'i Faith. Baha'u'llah said;What has been hidden in man is being
revealed today. He also speaks of the vibrating influence of His New World Order
Baha'u'llah is the twentieth letter of the living. He says I yield Thee such thanks
twenty times.In the Avesta God has twenty names. The Mayans had the Vegisimal numbering system. We have ten fingers and ten toes. That adds up to twenty.
The Cortaca Baha'i is a harmonic convergence of my stillness and Motion with
Baha'u'llah's Stillness and Motion in the Cortand Ithaca Area. The Baha'i Faith is
not another Religion,the Baha'i Faith is the Final Consummation.Baha'u'llah is
Trustee of the Lord of the Seven Sphere. Abdu-l'Baha said there would be souls who
would present the world with proofs of the Lord Of The Seven Spheres. These are the
Seven Pillars of Baha'u'llah's Consummate Wisdom. He is the Dayspring On High in a
